1. Carbon Farming Initiative:

The Federal Labor Government's Carbon Farming Initiative is now being implemented.  Full details can be downloaded here.

2. Clean Energy Future:

Legislation enabling the government's Clean Energy Future (CEF) initiative, including the establishment of a national carbon tax passed the Federal Parliament late in 2011.  The A$23/tonne tax will commence July 1, 2012.  Full details of the CEF can be downloaded here.
